Initial consultation to start Semaglutide 0.25mg (Month 1) = $175 (Original price $350)
Initial consultation to start Tirzepatide 2.5mg (Month 1) or 5mg (Month 2) = $450
Pricing for Tirzepatide tends to be higher than Semaglutide but they both work about the same. The initial consultation for Tirzepatide starts at the lowest price for the initial dose at $450 (unless the pharmacy increased their prices, which is rare).
Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are no where close in pricing. Please call for more information or look on our website for updated pricing/changes.

Our medically managed weight loss program can be completed through telehealth only if needed. Medications will be shipped to patients home address once payment is received.
If consultation is completed in clinic, medication may be available to take home at the end of the consultation (Semaglutide only).
Pricing between Semaglutide and Tirzepatide are very different. Discounts and pricing you see on our website are strictly for Semaglutide. If you would like a consultation for Tirzepatide, please call our office prior to booking any of our appointments.
Semaglutide is compounded with B12. If you are not able to tolerate B12, please let us know prior to your appointment so that we can make sure to have the version of Semaglutide available for you to take home during your initial consultation (all depending on pharmacy)

What’s included in the monthly membership:
1 month of medication such as Semaglutide or Tirzepatide (price may increase depending on the medications used and amount necessary to achieve goals)

Medications: We use a variety of medications such as Semaglutide (generic compounded diabetic medication, also known as Ozempic/Wegovy), Wellbutrin, Topiramate, Phentermine and Lipo/MICC injections.
Lipo Injections = $35/e as an add-on price when purchasing semaglutide
If patients opt to have their medication shipped to them, there is an additional $15 shipping fee
Additional charge of $25 to have a Lab Requisition placed with LabCorp. Ember will review and address any concerns and make recommendations in regards to results
Ember does not cover lab fees and recommends to bring your insurance card with you and present it at your blood draw appointment. Patient is responsible for charges incurred directly by the lab.

Once payment is received we will order your medication and arrange to have it shipped to your home or schedule local pick up.
